At PDSA Pet Store, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a size isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, you can return or exchange any unworn fashion items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free from pet hair and signs of wear.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
